Coaching & mentoring

  • Teams are like families. Everything that played out in our families of origin, will get played out at work.

Effective team building is not about away days and gym passes, it’s about understanding the emotional blueprints we bring into the working environment.

In both a family and a team setting, the relationships we build are crucial to our well-being and success. When we think about successful families, we think of support, shared values, and growth - these same principles apply to successful teams within companies.

  • Authentic leadership begins from within. The more you understand yourself - your values, motivations, emotions, and impact - the more effectively you can lead others with empathy, confidence, and purpose.

While much emphasis is often placed on understanding and managing others, the journey to leadership begins with understanding who you are.

I can help you improve your emotional awareness, uncover your strengths and blind spots, and gain a deeper understanding of your impact on others.

  • Most people come to coaching in times of transition. This can be: moving house, going for promotion, changing career, or starting a family.

My approach to life coaching is highly personalised. It will equip you with the tools, insights, and support needed to become more self-aware, confident, and effective.

Whether you're looking to overcome specific challenges or unlock your full potential, coaching is a powerful resource for ongoing growth and success.

  • Based on my experience presenting at BACP conferences, I support therapists in the following areas:

    • integrating coaching into therapy

    • building a thriving private practice

    • understanding and integrating AI in therapy

My skills and experience working both as a therapist and a strategist in agency settings, as well as having established a thriving private practice, inform my approach.

My combined experience leading teams in the technology sector, coaching female founders at Google, and my background in psychotherapy offers a truly unique lens on relational psychology.
